The latest tenant signing at former West End warehouse district Lee + White has potential to infuse the property with hundreds of additional people per day, while lending opportunities to Southwest Atlanta neighborhoods, according to project developers.
Concorde Career Colleges has leased more than 47,300 square feet of adaptive-reuse space at Lee + White to build out its first Georgia campus.
Concorde—the healthcare education division of Universal Technical Institute—specializes in nursing, dental, diagnostic, patient care, and allied health training programs.
The Atlanta campus will host up to 700 students once fully operational, offering a range of programs, with plans to open in 2027, according to district co-owners MDH Partners and Ackerman & Co.
Concorde will operate in the refurbished former warehouse 929 Building at Lee + White’s southern end, joining cosmetology and beauty school the Ogle School, which has opened under the same roof over the past year.
Plans call for building out state-of-the-art suites to create a modern learning environment for Concorde, per officials.

Kevin Prehn, Concorde president, said the school was drawn to Atlanta by its “vibrant economy, world-class healthcare, and ongoing demand for skilled healthcare and dental professionals” in an announcement.
“We look forward to forging new partnerships with area hospital systems, clinics, dental practices, and community health organizations,” added Prehn. “[Lee + White] offers fantastic amenities for our future faculty, staff, and students.”
Evan Ziegler, Ackerman Southeast president, noted that Concorde will bring the West End area and other parts of Atlanta new opportunities for education “while strengthening the diverse lineup that has made Lee + White a vibrant community hub.”
Beyond Concorde and the Ogle School, Lee + White’s roster includes the newer additions of global headquarters for two high-tech companies, Carbice and JTEC.
Meanwhile, Grady Health has opened an outpatient center, and Keller Williams expects to open a new regional office at the district in 2026.

Lee + White, acquired by Ackerman and MDH Partners in 2019, has seen a post-pandemic comeback that added a 19-vendor food hall, a Great Lawn central events and gathering space, along with the new office tenants in more than 200,000 square feet of additional space.
Another round of openings this summer included interactive concepts and three new retailers.
Elsewhere, several large spaces, including Best End Brewing’s former digs, remain available.
