Due west of marquee downtown Atlanta attractions, a Westside infill project flaunting quick transit, greenspace, and Beltline access is starting to come to market.

The 15-townhome project in Vine City by custom homebuilder Abrigo is called The Lux at JELB. (The last bit is an acronym for Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard, where the project’s construction is ongoing.)

It’s located on the western fringes of Vine City, across the street from the Washington Park neighborhood, near a large park of the same name.

According to site plans, the three-story venture will be spread across four buildings, just north of MARTA’s Ashby station. A popular entry to the Beltline’s Westside Trail is located about two blocks west of the townhome site.

The first townhome to come to market, as listed last week with Watch Realty Co.’s Je’Nae Sidbury, is asking $499,900 for a floorplan called Magnolia Modern. (Monthly HOA fees of $350 are another consideration.)

Units detailed on the project’s website range from 1,620 square feet (the Magnolia Modern plan) up to 1,920 square feet (Ashby Modern).

All options will come with three bedrooms, three and ½ bathrooms, and a one-car garage. According to listings, rooftop terraces and individual greenspaces are also in the mix.

We’ve reached out to Watch Realty Co. this week for information on where construction stands and when more units will be delivered. We’ll update this story with any details that come.

Additional perks, according to listings, are $10,000 in closing costs being offered by the seller, along with walkability to downtown stadiums, Rodney Cook Sr. Park, and, um, Microsoft’s Westside property.
