A Sandy Springs condo project is gearing up to break ground that developers say will offer recreational perks not commonly found with metro Atlanta multifamily builds. Such as fishing. And hiking. And kayaking.

The four-building proposal is called Oasis on the Chattahoochee, and according to early marketing materials, plans call for building a “gateway to a richer, more fulfilling life” for OTP condo owners.

The 3.7-acre site is located at 9300 Roberts Drive, next to a river bend at the northern edge of Sandy Springs. A single-family home has been razed on the cleared property, and the official groundbreaking for Oasis is set for April, officials tell Urbanize Atlanta.

The setting is broadly described as being parklike—with “lush walking trails” between condo buildings in the designs—and adjacent to the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.

The developer is SRE Homes (website pending, we’re told), with Phoenix Construction Group on board to build the project and Chapman Hall Realtors handling sales.

Plans call for the four buildings to stand three stories over garage levels. Each condo will be spread across a single story, with large, long balconies for taking in views.

Even by 2024 standards, however, these riverside dwellings won’t exactly come cheap.

The foot-in-the-door options will be studios with 650 square feet—and $450,000 starting prices. They’re billed as being “perfect for urban explorers” and chockfull of “modern elegance.”

From there, one-bedroom units with 950 square feet will land in the $500,000 range, while larger two-bedrooms will aim to fetch around $800,000, according to developers.

For the biggest fish, plans call for four-bedroom options with rooftop decks (grilling areas and hot tub included) on the top level, priced at $1.3 million.

Beyond the verdant setting, perks are listed as spa-like bathrooms, gourmet kitchens, smart home tech, and access to top-rated schools and nearby highways. The interiors will aim for “sophisticated warmth” with stone, tile, and wood finishes, according to project heads.

SRE reps tell Urbanize the project will take 24 months to finish, putting the target opening in April 2026.
