How a large section of Atlanta’s tallest new building since the early 1990s will look and function is coming into clearer focus.
Rockefeller Group today uncloaked new renderings, details, and a website for the highly amenitized office component at Midtown’s 60-story, mixed-use 1072 West Peachtree skyscraper, which is expected to start opening to residents in coming months.
The visuals provide the most detailed look to date at the LEED Silver-certified tower’s eight contiguous floors of Class A+ office spaces and amenities, spanning from levels 11 to 18 and totaling roughly 224,000 square feet.
The 10th floor is dedicated to a 1-acre indoor-outdoor amenities haven called The Commons, which Rockefeller officials call the biggest perk of its kind in Midtown. It includes a pickleball court, indoor Pilates studio, saunas, private spa treatment rooms, and a flexible lawn space with city views, among other features.

1072 West Peachtree’s floor plates are adaptable with private offices, collaborative sections, and conference rooms, with 10-foot finished ceilings, a private outdoor terrace for each floor, and other perks, according to Rockefeller reps.
Office leasing rates aren’t specified in marketing materials or in today’s project update.
Beyond the building itself, Rockefeller points to MARTA proximity (five-minute walks to both Midtown and Arts Center stations), access to the downtown Connector, and walkability to more than 100 restaurants, bars, and cafes as selling points.
Partners, a national commercial real estate firm, is leading 1072 West Peachtree’s office leasing push.

The residential component of 1072 West Peachtree, Alina, counts 357 apartments that range from studios up to three-bedroom options in a unique pinwheel floorplan layout. According to architects, most floors have been limited to eight units total to maximize views. Leasing is expected to begin this spring, but rent prices have yet to be revealed.
John Petricola, Rockefeller Group’s senior managing director of the Southeast region, said the skyrise stands out in an office market that’s increasingly defined by companies migrating toward “true A+ trophy assets.”
“Top companies today are seeking more than just office space, prioritizing environments that attract, engage, and retain top talent,” Petricola added in the project update.
