As we’ve seen time and again, the Old Fourth Ward section west of Historic Fourth Ward Park and north of John Lewis Freedom Parkway has become a hotbed in recent years for modern-style residential construction, especially townhomes.

Zooming in closer, the area west of Boulevard, just south of Ponce de Leon Avenue, has seen a wave of townhomes in all styles—many with price points more attainable (though hardly inexpensive) than similar product within earshot of the BeltLine only blocks away.

The latest townhome build to fall in that category is called The Muses, a nine-home venture that’s scheduled to finish in the middle of this year, per marketers with Keller Williams Realty Intown Atlanta.

You’ll find the boldly cantilevered façades on a corner lot where Parkway Drive meets Wabash Avenue, overlooking a small park a block off Boulevard.

Proximity to everything from Ponce City Market and Freedom Park greenspaces and Atlanta Medical Center is listed as selling points. (The address caries a curiously low but still “Very Walkable” 71 Walk Score.)

The architecture is described as “striking” and sleekly industrial, with flexible floorplans that would allow for WFH from a ground-floor bedroom space next to garages. Rooftop terraces and an array of balconies are points of emphasis.

The first unit listed—No. 7—is priced at $599,900, with $240 HOA fees.

That buys three bedrooms, two and ½ bathrooms, and a two-car garage across four levels. The square footage isn’t specified.
