Here’s proof that new for-sale Atlanta condo options aren’t limited to ritzy buildings in Buckhead. 

As patrons of the Beltline’s recently completed Southside Trail may have noticed, a new flank of Stanley Martin Homes’ Skylar townhome and condo project has taken shape on a hilltop in Chosewood Park.  

Skylar joins a groundswell of new residential development in the neighborhood (both for sale and rent) that’s materialized as the Beltline came to fruition. 

The formerly vacant site—set to eventually include 113 homes total—is located just south of The Beacon mixed-use district, due west of Boulevard Crossing Park, with Beltline access at Hill Street. 

Chosewood Park’s eponymous greenspace is also a couple of blocks away, to the southeast.

Overlooking the Southeast Trail, prices at Skylar’s “townhome-style” condo section start at $399,900 right now for two-level homes. 

That buys a lower-level floorplan called The Rina, with three bedrooms and two and ½ bathrooms in 1,673 square feet, plus a one-car garage.

The priciest condo option, The Turner floorplan, is situated on upper floors of new buildings, priced up to $569,990 right now. 

Those options also count three bedrooms and two and ½ bathrooms above a one-car garage—but in a relatively roomy 2,650 square feet as condos (or even new intown houses) go, with party zones up top. (See skyline views from Turner roof terraces over here.)

In both cases, perks include Dublin Ivory cabinets, quartz countertops, and GE Profile electric cooktops in kitchens, plus cultured marble in “spa-like” primary bathrooms, according to sellers. 

Monthly HOA fees ($250 for the larger condos) are marketed as being relatively low—and another perk.
