A trend toward denser housing options in east Decatur is set to continue in 2026.
Following more than four years of off-and-on construction, national homebuilder Toll Brothers plans to deliver the final building at the 136-unit New Talley Station project this spring, according to company reps.
The cluster of stacked condos and townhomes started replacing former parking lots tucked off South Columbia Drive, southeast of downtown Decatur, in 2021.
New Talley Station stands across the street from Talley Street Elementary School, a few blocks from MARTA’s Avondale station and close to the East Decatur Greenway, a link toward the 19-mile PATH system between downtown Atlanta and Stone Mountain.

The project continues a push for density in Decatur’s easternmost blocks, where another multifamily Toll Brothers build, Notion, debuted a few years ago, and North Carolina-developer Northwood Ravin plans to start opening its multifaceted Halo project with nearly 400 apartments this year.
According to Toll Brothers’ most recent breakdown, New Talley Station will see 96 townhomes and 40 “stacks” condos when finished.
Condos call for three home designs, ranging between 1,122 to 1,553 square feet across one and two stories. Each will have two bedrooms, two and ½ bathrooms, a one-car garage, and what Toll Brothers reps call “high-end interior design selections.”
The sales push for remaining townhomes has yet to begin.
Price points for New Talley Station condos will begin in the low $400,000s, according to Toll Brothers.
Condo closings are scheduled to begin this spring, with move-ins by late summer or early fall, per the homebuilder.
