One of Atlanta’s most high-class retirement communities for ballers is set to get bigger soon.
Described as “a block of Paris” in Buckhead when it debuted five years ago, the Corso Atlanta luxury senior community by Atlanta-based developer Galerie Living counts four restaurants, an onsite creperie, a flower shop and market, multiple lounges, a hair salon, and a huge, lavish movie theater befitting Tyler Perry’s best house.
Now the 3200 Howell Mill Road community—you’ve probably seen it lording over Interstate 75, northwest of Midtown—is set to add another Parisian-style tower to its southern flank.
Officials with Corso Residences, Atlanta have scheduled a formal groundbreaking Oct. 1 for the project that will add an 11-story tower alongside new restaurants, wellness venues, and retail options to the Buckhead campus.
The project is described as a “major new chapter”—and availability as “highly limited”—in a groundbreaking announcement today.

The expansion will include 110 more upscale senior rentals for independent and assisted living, along with at least one restaurant described as a “partnership with a local restauranteur.” It’s scheduled to open in spring 2028.
Marketing materials list the new south tower as being under construction now. No rent prices at Corso Atlanta are publicly listed.
All one and two-bedroom apartments have been designed for company, from cocktail parties to romps with grandkids, per officials. Other additions will include a grand ballroom and bar lounge to join the campus' 24/7 concierge, complementary valet, onsite Sugarcoat Beauty salon, courtyards, and heated pool. On-site nurses and physicians are also included.

Another Atlanta project from the developer—Corso Residences, Druid Hills—is slated to open in the next couple of years as a transformation of the historic Briarcliff Estate.
