Proposed infill housing for a row of Westside lots is floating large house plans (even by Atlanta standards) for the equivalent of condo prices in other parts of town.
Plans have come to market in recent days for three vacant parcels on Tremont Drive, a dead-end street just south of Joseph E. Boone Boulevard in the Dixie Hills neighborhood, due west of downtown Atlanta.
Greenspaces and landmarks in the area include Anderson Park, the Tremont Playlot, and Lincoln Cemetery.
Prices, as listed with boutique firm The Armani Agency, start at $560,000 for the proposed “striking modern” house at 1901 Tremont Drive NW. (Two other lots are also available, just down the street.)
That would buy three bedrooms and two and ½ bathrooms across two above-ground levels, with a full basement and garage not included in square footages, per listings.

Construction has yet to begin, and all renderings are precise representations of what the projects would look like with builder-grade finishes, according to The Armani Agency.
Plans call for a dedicated home office, an upstairs flex loft, a spa-inspired bath off the primary suite, and an open-concept kitchen above the 469-square-foot basement level.
Another perk would be the “dramatic” sliding glass door system in the living room meant to create a fluid connection to an outdoor entertaining area—once temps are more forgiving than current ones, that is.
An alternate option for a neighboring lot would be to purchase the land (asking price: $115,000) with approved plans and permits included, per the sales team.
