A Dunwoody retail village has inked a roster of new tenants that officials say will complement the north OTP market and boost the allure for walkable neighborhoods nearby.
JLL leasing officials announced today The Shops of Dunwoody—a shopping center along Chamblee Dunwoody Road, north of Perimeter Mall—will soon be home to Tenku Sushi, Sweat440, Jetset Pilates, and Beyond Juicery + Eatery.
The signings, totaling 8,600 square feet, come after Charlotte-based Asana Partners, the former owners of Krog District along the Atlanta Beltline, bought The Shops of Dunwoody in March last year.
Since that purchase, Asana Partners has refreshed branding and added new signage, with a goal of attracting more “high-quality retailers and restaurants to the Dunwoody neighborhood,” according to JLL officials, who led leasing efforts alongside 10Twelve.

All four new tenants are expected to open throughout this summer and fall.
“These leases underscore the strong demand we’re seeing for best-in-class wellness and dining concepts in strong, neighborhood-centric trade areas,” said JLL vice president Allie Spangler in a statement today.
The new signings were described by Spangler and company as follows:
“Beyond Juicery + Eatery, a fast-casual concept offering fresh juices, smoothies, salads, and wraps; Jetset Pilates, a reformer-based Pilates studio focused on high-intensity, low-impact workouts; Tenku Sushi, a contemporary sushi restaurant offering traditional and modern Japanese-inspired cuisine; and Sweat440, a group fitness studio specializing in 40-minute, high-intensity interval training classes.”
The Shops of Dunwoody, located in the broader Dunwoody Village, benefits from proximity to nearby offices, the Central Perimeter submarket, and surrounding neighborhoods within walking distance, per leasing officials.
According to JLL, additional details pertaining to new tenants at The Shops of Dunwoody are under negotiation and slated for release later this summer.
Other tenants at the shopping district today include Summit Coffee, Dunwoody Tavern, Nai Thai Cuisine, Vintage Pizzeria, and Porter Brew & Que Brewery.
