Custom Homes, it’s marketed as a “modern masterpiece” and architectural work of art that checks every box, from the smoke-gray brick exterior to the generous, covered rooftop terrace that’s about as sexy (and private) as they get, at least on semi-detached dwellings.
Inside are four bedrooms and three and ½ bathrooms across three levels (no elevator), loaded with custom millwork and built-ins—and plenty of oversized windows for natural light. (Zillow pegs the square footage at 2,617.) In front is a low-walled patio, with a two-car garage behind.
Property records indicate the previous home on site sold in 2019 for $400,000. The second unit next door (B) is currently being offered as a $5,350 per month rental—aka, actor bait.
