As with many eastside neighborhoods, the days of Reynoldstown home listings raising eyebrows for daring to ask, say, $425,000 are long gone. The shocking sticker prices of 2015 seem quaint today.
Half a dozen Reynoldstown townhomes and standalone houses have fetched north of $900,000 the past two years, with a BeltLine-adjacent modern home’s July closing at $1,175,000 being the highest to date.
New to market this week is a sharp, modern-style duplex unit that wouldn’t quite set the overall R-town sales record but would flirt with it.
Listed with Keller Knapp Realty four days ago, the $1,099,000 listing (Unit A) stands adjacent to ParkGrounds coffee bar and dog park, about two blocks east of the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail. Basically in the walkable, narrow-streets heart of Reynoldstown.

Custom Homes, it’s marketed as a “modern masterpiece” and architectural work of art that checks every box, from the smoke-gray brick exterior to the generous, covered rooftop terrace that’s about as sexy (and private) as they get, at least on semi-detached dwellings.
Inside are four bedrooms and three and ½ bathrooms across three levels (no elevator), loaded with custom millwork and built-ins—and plenty of oversized windows for natural light. (Zillow pegs the square footage at 2,617.) In front is a low-walled patio, with a two-car garage behind.

Property records indicate the previous home on site sold in 2019 for $400,000. The second unit next door (B) is currently being offered as a $5,350 per month rental—aka, actor bait.
