“It’s a very modern-looking and interesting home,” Rebecca Feldstein, an Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty agent who holds the listing, tells Urbanize Atlanta.

Initially listed at $680,000 in late July, and now twice reduced to $650,000, the home counts four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half-baths.

It was most recently discounted by $20,000 a week ago. 

Additional perks include a cozy fireplace, large windows, and a backyard begging for autumn fire-pit gatherings. Per the listing, that’s a great spot for deer-watching, too.

The bold exterior might not be every buyer’s cup o’ tea, but it could be enough to make the property “the envy of all your friends,” as the listing puts it. Provided that your friends are a little off-kilter, too.
