Spanning more than 4,200 square feet, the three-bedroom, three and ½-bathroom condo is a showplace of bold artwork and postmodern panache, described in marketing materials as an “exquisite” and customized “architectural masterpiece” chockfull of materials from around the world. Views from a multitude of windows span from Peachtree Road to the North Georgia Mountains.

With its bounty of metallic tray ceilings, views, and spacious rooms, this condo is often requested for use in film projects, per the listing.

It listed December 13 at $3,699,000, where it remains.

Another consideration is the monthly HOA fee of $2,290, which alone would rent a pretty slick apartment in most parts of town.

Beyond the home, perks include valet, gated underground parking, a heated pool, sauna, wine cellar, and proximity to attractions like Bobby Jones Golf Course, Buckhead Village, and all of Midtown.
